You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect
  • Results depend on the accuracy and completeness of your input
  • Tax laws and ATO interpretations may change over time
  • You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before use

TaxWiz does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, compliant, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

7. User Content

7.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any information or documents you submit ("User Content").

7.2 Licence to TaxWiz

By submitting User Content, you grant TaxWiz a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

  • Process the content to provide the Services
  • Store it securely
  • Improve functionality and performance (in aggregated or anonymised form)

We do not sell your User Content.

8. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

Some features may be offered on a paid basis.

Where applicable:
